OUR STORY

At home in Vienna. Japan at heart.

Hana Ramen began with passion and dedication. Founder Ying Hao has worked in Austrian hospitality for over 20 years. Planning began in 2018; in 2025, the idea became a reality on Neubaugasse.

Together with his longtime friend and experienced chef Lin Wei, every detail was carefully developed, from the restaurant concept to the menu.

Time for good flavour.

Our broths are freshly prepared every day and gently simmered for more than six hours, paired with high-quality Japanese noodles and selected ingredients.
